    Calculating mean

    12 boys and 8 girls take a test
    The mean mark of these 20 students is 7.

    Calculate the total of the marks of the 20 students.


    Please help me with this! Am I right in saying the formula for calculating mean is:

    Frequency * marks / total frequency = mean

    How do go from here?
