I know the median is 0.5

I know the median is 0.5
Lower quartile 0?

Q1=0, Q2=0.5, Q3=5.5

IQ=5.5

Q1-1.5*IQ = -5.5
Q3+1.5*IQ = 13.75

So there are no lower outliers, and 16 is the only upper outlier.
