We throw the dice three times in a row.

What is the probability that the sum is 10?

I am trying to solve it like this;

We have 3 throws. All possible events are 6 * 6 * 6 = 216.

And here I don't know how to continiue.

probability = something/216 Is it correct?

List all the events that give a total of 10 and count how many there are. eg (1, 6, 3), (2, 5, 3) ......

Divide by 216.

yes, I was trying to count the all possibilities, by hand but what if I miss one?

How can I calculate that?

Well, you better make sure you don't miss any (sorry, but listing and counting them is your job, not ours).
