P(u -2sigma < X < u +2sigma) = .931

anyone know how i should go about starting this problem? stumped.

What is the CDF and standard deviation of the Poisson distribution?

moo, I mean $\displaystyle \mu=\sigma=4$

So calculate $\displaystyle P(4-8<X<4+8)$ for a Poisson with moo=4.

which is F(11) btw.
