Math Help - statistical test for significant differnece.

    statistical test for significant differnece.

    this is the table i have below, and i need to do a statistical test to see if theres any significant difference between the left and right values of each i.e between 70.5 and 71.5 then between 81.5 and 80 etc ,i just need to know the test i would need to use like a T test or something simular,
    these numbers are finger lengths on each hand if that helps.

    D3 81.5 81
    D4 77 76.5

    There is insufficient information to do such a test as well as a lack of clarity in what you are asking.

    You could the t-distribution to test if the largest difference is unlikly if the remaining three differences are typical, but with this amount of data you will probably not get anywhere.
