    dice and cube problem

    (1) Three dice are throiwn simultaneously.The probability that 4 has appeared on two dice given that 5 has occured on one dice.

    (2) An ordinary cube has 4 blank faces, one face marked 2 and other face marked 3. The probability of obtaining 12 in 5 throws in

    (1) Apply the conditional probability formula (easily visualised with a tree-diagram).

    (2) Draw a partial tree diagram and use it.
