Hi. I am doing a research on mobile industry. The following link has the questionnaire that I distributed and now I am supposed to analyze this data. I need to know that what statistical tools should I use. Just read the document (don't worry, the questionnaire is 4 pages long but only the first page of questions is enough to get the idea).
