suppose there is no negative marking in a multiple choice question test.we are given 10 question with four choices each.a candidate does not KNOW the answer of any question. how should he tick the answer.either sticking to one choice or go for the randomly tick. which method is better one .which method has the better probabilty

It does not really matter the expectation will be 25% correct. Random choice might be preferable as the variance of the result can be calculated.
