    does randomization controll for ALL confounders?

    if I have a RCT does thing mean I don't have to worry about confounders?

    As far as I understand, Randomized Control Trial is one of the approaches to control confounding. Confounding usually occurs in other types of studies like case control, cohort studies etc..RCT minimizes confounding and bias.
