3. 600 trials where the probability of success on each trial is 0.05
4. 80 trials where the probability of success on each trial is 0.99

The middle two are OK the others are not.

You know by looking at your notes to see what decision rule you have been given (there are lots of rules which are more or less equivalent, but you should use the one you have been given or is in your text)
