    spinner is four sided and coloured red, yellow, blue and green. It is four times likely to land on red as onh yellow, and twicw as likely to land on yellowas on blue, blue and green are equally likely.

    Find the probability it land on blue? the answer they provided was 1/8.

    Do we use this equation ;
    relative frequency = number of times the spinner lands on the number /
    total number of spins

    but we dont know number of spins, how do we solve it?

    I disagree with the given answer.

    p = Pr(Blue) = Pr(Green).

    Pr(yellow) = 2p.

    Pr(Red) = 8p.

    p + p + 2p + 8p = 1 => p = ....
