In Canada, license plates are made up of 3 letters followed by 3 digits.

What is the probability that you will receive a license plate with at least one letter repeated?
What is the probability that you will receive a license plate with at least one digit repeated?

You can ignore the digits for the first question, and ignore the letters for the second question.

Should help you to think this way: How many ways to get a license plate with all letters distinct? (To clarify: If you pick 3 letters with replacement, how many ways to get them all distinct... we are ignoring digits.)
