You question is really not clear as to what you mean.
If you want to know how ways to arrange 1,2,3,4,5, &6, then that is (6!)=(6)(5)...(2)(1)=720.
If your question is something else, please explain in some detail.
in the lottery you pick any combination from numbers 1 - 6

sorry should have been more specific, numbers can't be repeated so 6!=720,

If each person gets to pick 3 different numbers from one to six then there are (6)(5)(4)=120 ways for each person to pick his/her numbers.Quote:
