Remember Probability is the favorable events divided by the possible events. The same thing here the favorable events is the area of the television which is 20X50=1000. Now the possible events are the all events in this case the area of the wall the television is on which is 30X60=1800. Now divide them 1000/1800=5/9=55.55%.
I sure hope that fly doesn't possess the affinity for light as does his distant lepidopteron cousin, the pesky moth. Such would surely reek havoc with the existing probability model. :)
