How do i interprete the results?

10 variables (for making jap wine) are analysed using factor analysis.

Correlation Matrix =
not many correlations > 0.3 and therefore factor analysis is not suitable

Bartlett's test of 0.000 is less than 0.05 and therefore factor analysis is suitable

KMO = 0.558 < 0.6 and therefore factor analysis is not appropriate.

Screeplot = to select only the first 4 variables (Eigen values >1)

Using the standard rule of thumb, i came up with the above conclusions.
but it is quite confusing. correlation matrix and KMO are negative while Bartlett's is positive.

any tips/ comments?
