    This starts along the right lines, but you have not answered the question, which asks for a confidence interval.

    You need to say that you are using a normal approximation to a Poisson distribution

    The standard error is OK

    The confidence interval is \overline{x} \pm 1.645 \times s_{\overline{x}}
