Pr(0 < Z < 2.25) = Pr(Z < 2.25) - Pr(Z < 0).

Pr(Z < 2,25) is got by looking up your tables. You should know what Pr(Z < 0) is equal to.

Well it's been hmm 11 years since I've used these, but I'm pretty sure mr fantastic is referring to this chart, which you probably have either on the inside front/back cover or your book, or in an appendix.
