    Interesting problem....

    I have this probability problem that I like to ask you guys:

    Given an array of squares with sides x drawn on a piece of paper, what's the probability that when a needle is dropped at random on the paper, it will NOT touch any line. The needle is of length y<x

    This is the Buffon–Laplace needle problem.
