How do you multiply a probability times a probability?

Oops, had to rephrase the question... sorry. I'm a non-math guy needing help from some math guys so I can finish an article for a magazine! I know it's easy to do, I just don't know how.

    Here's the problem:
For the past 21 years 70 running backs have been drafted in the first round of the NFL draft. Of those 21, 9 of them have had elite careers.

If a team picks 2 running backs in the first round one of those 21 years, what is the probability one of their two running backs will be elite?
