I feel like this!
I have 2 large data sets (~65k values each)
It is very simple. Both sets can hold the values 1,0,-1.
I am trying to find if there is a way to compare the 2 sets of data to see if there is a significant correlation. A significant correlation would be 10% of the time for me! With small negative correlation (when 1 on one dataset doesn't match 1 on other dataset, matching 0 isn't a problem, matching opposite -1/1 would be if it was as large as the correlation)
I am lost how to do this automatically ? With a program, I have access to most math programs. But have 0 idea how to use them to find this!
Help would be very much appreciated!
