Red face stats homework poisson and normal distribution

hey Im stuck on this question that my teacher set for homework. Its on the poisson and normal distribution. would be grateful for any help

question : given that X~Po(50) and P(X>x)< 0.05, use normal approximation with continuity correction to find minimum intergral value of x

    thankyou

The distribution of X is approximately N(50, 50) (that is normal with mean 50 and variance 50).

    Cu_X(x)\approx P\left(\frac{50-(x+1/2)}{\sqrt{50}}\right)

Where P is the cumulative standard normal
