    all women {{4\choose 3}{3\choose 0}\over {7\choose 3}}

    all men {{4\choose 0}{3\choose 3}\over {7\choose 3}}

    2 men and 1 women {{4\choose 1}{3\choose 2}\over {7\choose 3}}

    1 man and 2 women {{4\choose 2}{3\choose 1}\over {7\choose 3}}
