well... it is obvious that the answer is 17.
Do you agree?

suppose as has been suggested that you have sample of 100 houses. You have to pick one. Your constrain is that you have to pick one with garage. There are 64 of these houses. And in that new sample are 17 houses with pool too, so you can pick 17 houses from 64 to get correct one.
