    Deck of Cards

A standard deck of cards contains 52 cards. There are 4 suits: hearts, diamonds, clubs and spades. Each suit contains 13 cards. You are asked to select a card from the deck without looking. What is the probability of drawing a ten?

NOTE: I know nothing about deck of cards. I have never played card games.

they're are 4 tens in the deck. That means that you have a 4/52 chance of drawing it.

    Simplified: 4/52=1/13
