Easy Probability
The manager of a jewellery shop is interested in the likelihood of a lapping machine producing a defective item. Past experience has shown that the lapping machine is in good condition 86% of the time. When the machine is in good condition, it produces a defective item 5% of the time. When the machine is in bad condition, it produces a defective item 12% of the time.

Calculate:
a) the probability that the machine is in good condition and produces a defective item.
b) The probability the machine produces a defective item
c)Bad condition and produces defective item
d)Bad condition and does not produce defective item
e) good condition and does not produce defective item
