Equation 5 units away from said point.

Find the equation that describes the set of all points that are 5 units away from the point (2,-1,6). <-- what is the 6?

    I am a little confused

This would mean the equation I am looking for would be circle? So that point would be the center of a circle? and 5 is the radius? Is this correct?

Is the equation of a sphere.

    (x-2)^2+(y+1)^2+(z-6)^2=25
