    Exclamation Rose Curves

Find the smallest interval necessary to get a complete graph for the rose curve, 4sin3(theta)? How do I do these problems in general?

    Thanks

a rose with an even number of petals is traced out exactly once as \theta in the interval (0,2\pi) and a rose with an odd number of petals is traced out exactly once \theta in the interval (0,\pi)

    other hint

r=\alpha sin(n\theta) if n is even then the rose have 2n petals and if it is odd then the rose have n petals
