    Post Meeting Sales Targets exercise

I cannot seem to solve this:

A salesman's monthly commission is 15% on all sales over $12,000. If his goal is to make a commission of at least $3,000/month, what minimum monthly sales figures must he attain?

I do know the answer is $32,000, but cannot find the solution.

    Thanks!

    Solve 0.15 (x - 12,000) \geq 3000

     \Rightarrow 0.15x - 1800 \geq 3000.
