    Hello, smyleeface17!

    Factor: . 2\sin x\cos x + \sin x-6\cos x-3 \:=\:0

    Where do i start?
    Factor "by grouping":

    . . \sin x\underbrace{(2\cos x + 1)} - 3\underbrace{(2\cos x + 1)} \:=\:0
    . . . . . . . . . ^{\nwarrow\text{ common factor }\nearrow}

    . . (2\cos x + 1)(\sin x - 3) \:=\:0
