    Question [SOLVED] Equations and Inequalities with Logs and Exponents

    Hey, could someone please help me with this problem? I'm not quite sure how to do it.

    <br />
10x^{2}+3(10^{x})-10=0<br />

    Thanks for the help! I'm stumped.

    Are you sure the equation is not meant to be (10^x)^{2} +3(10^{x})-10=0, which factorises: (10^x + 5)(10^x - 2) = 0.
