y - y_1 = m*(x - x_1)

is the point slope formula

With that said, you have:

y - (5) = -1(x - (-2))

y - 5 = -x - 2

y = 3 - x

Graph the line: well that you should be able to do easily. It has a y-intercept of 3 and a slope of -1.
