1. ## Differential equations

I have to find the general solution of this differential equation giving the explicit form where possible. Problem is I forgot how to.

$\frac{dy}{dx} = y$

I'd separate the variables

$\frac{dy}{y} = dx$

Which can be integrated, but don't forget your +C

Thats what is normal but i'm looking for the general solution which isn't that ..... if you can understand

4. well...
you will have to integrate both sides and then you will get a general exprsesion in terms of y. I hope you havnt forgotten how to integrate.

5. hi

$\frac{dy}{y}=dx$

Now integrate both sides. What is the integral of
$\frac{1}{y}$ ?

You will end up with the general solution, but you won´t be able to
determine the value of the constant without any inital value or something.
