Math Help - Domain and Range of the Inverse Quadratic Function

1. Domain and Range of the Inverse Quadratic Function

I need help on this subject, if you could explain i'll be very happy.

1) Graph g(x) = - √x for x > 0
................................-
State the domain and range of $g^-1 (x)$

2) $h(t) = -5t^2 +10t+35$ where h(t) is the heigh above the ground in metres at time t seconds after it is thrown.

determine the domain and range of h(t).

3) for $-2 < x < 3$ and $f(x) = 3x^2 - 6x$

determine the domain and range of f(x)

4) consider $f(x) = -2x^2 +3x -1
$

determine the domain and range of $f^-1 (x) for y > 0.75$
.................................................. ..........................-

I really need help with this questions. If you could explain this to me i'll be very happy. Thank you for your helps.

1) To learn how to graph radical equations, try here.

2) To learn how to find the domain and range of a function, try here.

3) For this exercise, they've given you the domain. To find the range, look at the graph.

4) To learn how to find the inverse of a function, try here. Note that the domain of the inverse is the range of the original function, and the range of the inverse is the domain of the original function.

Once you've studied a few lessons and learned the basic terms and techniques, please attempt the exercises. If you get stuck, you can then reply with a clear explanation of where you are having difficulty. Thank you!
