Does the perimeter = 3h + πr?
Area of the window =
h^2 + ( πr^2 / 2)?

No

The length of the bottom is 2r and not h
The perimeter is 2r + 2h + πr
The area is πrē/2 + rh

how do i go about rearranging the equations to find r and h? given that the perimeter has to equal 12meters.
