Turning point Parabolas Help

How do you find the turning point of parabola:

$y=2x^2+3x$

i suppose this is for precalc?

complete the square to get the parabola in its standard form, that is, the form

$y = a(x - h)^2 + k$

the turning point is $(h,k)$
