    Combining functions

    Thanks for clarifying it a bit. I'm still not absolutely sure what the question says, but I think it could be this:

    Find the function g such that h = f \circ g, if h(x) = (16x^9-15)^3 and f(x) = x^3.

    If this is so, then you need to say this:

    h = f \circ g \Rightarrow h(x) = f(g(x))

    = (g(x))^3

    = (16x^9-15)^3

    So g(x) = 16x^9 -15
