    Graph the function f(x)=2^(3+x+1) for values of x from -5 to 5. Which of the following statements apply to the graph of f(x)? There may be more than one correct choice. Use the TRACE function to help you choice.



    a. The y-values are always positive.

    b. The y-values are positive when x is positive.


    c. The y-values are all positive when x is negative.

    d. The y-value at x = 0 is 0.

    e. The y-value at -2 is -17.

    f. The largest y-value for x between -3 and 3 is 58.

    g. The smallest y-value for x between -3 and 3 is -58.

    h. The y-values are all negative when x is negative


    Let f(x)=2^(3-4x+1). Match the output value on the left with the number of times that output value occurs for input values of x between -3 and 3.
    Graph on your calculator in an appropriate window so you can count how many times.

    **Please put parentheses around the numbers that are included in the exponent so we can tell what goes up there!! ex. f(x)=2^(3+x+1) or f(x) = 2^(3+x) + 1
