Just sub -8.80 in for x.

    Because remember, it's f(x), so f(-8.80), x = -8.80

    f(x) = -0.2x + 2.7
    Find f(-8.8)

Just plug (-8.8) in to the function anywhere there is an "x"

    f(-8.8) = -.2(-8.8) + 2.7 = 4.46
