    sove the log question

    solve the equation and round decimal answers to the nearest thousandth

    log(x+5)+log(x+2)=1

    \log(x+5)+\log(x+2)=1

    \log[(x+5)(x+2)] = 1

    (x+5)(x+2) = 10

    solve for x ... don't forget to check your solutions in the original equation.
