Hello hynseeker,

$y=\frac{2x+3}{x-1}$

Multiply both sides by (x - 1)

$y(x-1)=2x+3$

Distribute:

$xy-y=2x+3$

Put x terms together on the LHS:

$xy-2x=y+3$

Factor out x:

$x(y-2)=y+3$

Divide:

$x=\frac{y+3}{y-2}$
