3. I did...has negative behavior, which I would think makes decay...
...However, I don't understand, does the negative in the exponent turn it into a fraction -- 1/(1.5^x) ?? And also, negative decay is less than one, and 1.5 is bigger than one...can you help clear this up for me?
4. $y = 1.5^{-x}$ is a decay function ... as $x \to \infty$ , $y \to 0$
$1.5^{-x} = \left(\frac{3}{2}\right)^{-x} = \left(\frac{2}{3}\right)^{x}$
