See attached diagram for the (c) part here,

$r^2=7^2+(-9)^2$

$r=\sqrt{49+81}$

$r=11.4$

$\tan \theta = \frac{7}{-9}$

$\tan \theta = -0.777778$

$\theta = -37.87^\circ$

$\theta = -0.661 \; radians$

do rest of the parts in the same way.

3. ok i got all of them except i still cant find theta on these two.

a) If then i
b) If then
