    Exclamation polar coordinates

    Given any Cartesian coordinates, (x,y), there are polar coordinates with
    Find polar coordinates with for the following Cartesian coordinates:


    (a) If then , )
    (b) If then , )
    (c) If then , )
    (d) If then , )
    (e) If then , )
    (f) If then , )

    See attached diagram for the (c) part here,

    r^2=7^2+(-9)^2

    r=\sqrt{49+81}

    r=11.4

    \tan \theta = \frac{7}{-9}

    \tan \theta = -0.777778

     \theta = -37.87^\circ

     \theta = -0.661 \; radians

    do rest of the parts in the same way.
