    Question Algebra

    The equation is y=3/5 x -5
    a. what is the slope of a line parallel to it?
    b. what is the line perpendicular to it?

    Find the indicated value

    f(x)=3-5x

    A perpendicular line must have a negative reciprocal, that is,
    -5/3

    The slope is in front of the 'x' which is,
    m=-5
    The negative reciprocal is,
    m=1/5
