    Find point or points on the graph where the tangent line is horizontal.

    Find point or points on the graph where the tangent line is horizontal.

    f(x) = 6x^2+2x-7

    h(s) = x^3-2x^2+4x-9

    f'(x) = 0 <br />

    and

     h'(s) = 0

    and solve, this is because the slope at the horizantal is equal to zero always.

    Which graph? You give two functions. And surely you mean h(x), not h(s).
