    Finding The Range Help!

    Hi, i have a homework question where it states

    "Find the range of f(x) = 1/x, where -2 < x < 3."

    I have no idea where to start, and any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    I believe it asks for the values f(x) can take.

    so from -1/2<=f(x) (or y)<=1/3

    Isn't it R, [0] because if you sub in 0 for X the function becomes undefined
