Vertical Asymptote
How would you find the vertical asymptote of this?

Vertical asymptotes occur when f(x) is undefined.

In the case of rational functions, its when the denominator is zero.

So find where $x^2+1=0$ (if this is even true) and $x=0$ is pretty much a given.

Does this make sense?

That makes perfect sense. Thanks a lot! (Rofl)
