A man pushes a wheelbarrow up an incline of 20 degrees with a force of 100 pounds. Express the force vector F in terms of i and j.

Let $|\vec F|$ denote the length of the vector (=magnitude of the force) then the vector $\vec F = \left(100 \cdot \cos(20^\circ)\bold{ i}, 100 \cdot \sin(20^\circ)\bold{ j} \right)$
