To assist converting z and w into polar form, plot each of them on an Argand diagram. You should be able to find that:

$\displaystyle z = \sqrt{2} \, \text{cis} \left( -\frac{\pi}{4} \right)$.

$\displaystyle w = 2 \, \text{cis} \left( -\frac{\pi}{3} \right)$.

Now refer to and apply the formulae for multiplying and dividing complex numbers expressed in polar form.
