1)Solve for K if $f(x)=2k(3x+2),$and $f^-1(4)=6$

2) Describe the sequence of functions that will transform $f(x)=x^2$ into $g(x)=2x^2-12x+7$
I just need the step by step transformation

1) $f^{-1}(4)=6 \Rightarrow f(6) = 4 \, ....$
2) $g(x) = 2x^2-12x+7 = 2(x - 3)^2 - 11$. What does this tell you ....?
