how do i set a restriction of a line? the line that i'm trying to draw is from point (-6,11) to (-8,8.5). what would be the equation of that line?

use the slope formula to find the slope between the two points.

once you get that slope, use it and the coordinates of either point (your choice) along with the point-slope form of a linear equation to get the equation for the line.

i'm sorry, i should have said segment, i need it to be only a connection between those two points
